3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Final website files or migration may be delivered after full payment has been received.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery times are based on the agreed project scope. Delays caused by incomplete content, delayed feedback, or additional revisions may extend the project timeline.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Images and media
• Branding materials
• Hosting or domain access (if required)
• Timely feedback and approvals

Project delays resulting from missing information are not the responsibility of the developer.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website and approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed. I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party tools, plugins, themes, APIs, or hosting providers. I am not responsible for changes, pricing, downtime, or policies of third-party services.

9. Website Maintenance

Unless a maintenance plan is purchased, ongoing updates, security monitoring, backups, and technical support are not included after project completion.

10. Search Engine Optimization

SEO is a long-term process. While best practices are implemented, I do not guarantee:

• Specific keyword rankings
• First-page Google rankings
• Traffic increases
• Sales or conversion results

Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Hosting failures

My maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. Payment will be due for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
